Klook savings
New accounts usually get a first-booking discount in the Klook app. The amount changes by country, so check what shows at checkout before you pay.
Once an activity is completed, part of what you paid comes back as KlookCash. You can use it on the next booking, usually together with a promo code.

Is Klook legit?
Yes. Klook launched in Hong Kong in 2014, counts SoftBank among its investors, and filed for a U.S. IPO in November 2025. That filing puts the catalog at about 310,000 offerings across roughly 4,200 destinations.
The catch is the same as on any marketplace: Klook sells the ticket, and a local company runs the tour. A park ticket is a park ticket. A day tour depends on who’s driving the van. Read the newest reviews on the listing itself, not Klook’s overall rating.
Refunds: read one line before you pay
Every listing is labeled free cancellation, conditional cancellation, or no cancellation. Free cancellation means a full refund up to the deadline on the listing. After that deadline, or if you don’t show up, you usually get nothing back.
Car rentals follow the payment option. “Pay at pick-up” can be cancelled with no fee. “Pay now” and “pay partial” follow the operator’s deadline.
KlookCash: useful if you’ll book again
KlookCash lands in your account after the activity is done. It has no cash value and it expires. That makes it worth a lot if you travel in Asia every year, and close to nothing if this is a one-off trip.
